• Up to 30 days before arrival: Full refund (excluding deposit)
• Less than 30 days before arrival: 50% refund + refund for any services that can be canceled
(e.g., hotels, sites)
• 7 days or fewer before arrival: Full tour price is charged; refunds only for cancelable services
• Security-related cancellations: If your trip is canceled due to a verified security concern in
Israel, you’ll receive a full refund—including deposit—even within 7 days of arrival*
