Cancellation Policy

Registration is confirmed only after full payment.

The tour requires a minimum of 19 participants and is limited to 30 participants per group. If the minimum is not reached, guests will receive a full refund or may transfer to another available date.*

Refunds:

• More than 72 hours before the tour: full refund, excluding non-refundable processing fees.

• 24–72 hours before: 50% refund.

• Less than 24 hours before or no-show: non-refundable.

Registrations may be transferred to another person at no extra charge if Levy Israel Tours is informed before the tour begins.

If Levy Israel Tours cancels due to weather, safety, insufficient registration, or circumstances beyond our control, guests will receive a full refund or may transfer to another available date*
