Day 1

Sea of Galilee Ministry Sites


Overnight: Sea of Galilee


Highlights include:
Mount of Beatitudes – Visit the peaceful hilltop overlooking the Sea of Galilee where Jesus is believed to have delivered the Sermon on the Mount. The gardens and church offer beautiful panoramic views across the lake and surrounding Galilee hills.
Capernaum – Explore the village where Jesus lived during much of his ministry. The site includes the remains of a monumental synagogue and the traditional location of the home of the Apostle Peter.
Tabgha – Church of the Multiplication – Visit the church commemorating the miracle of the loaves and fishes, famous for its stunning Byzantine mosaics and peaceful lakeside setting.
Magdala Archaeological Site – Explore the remains of a thriving Jewish town from the first century and the rare synagogue discovered here dating to the time of Jesus.
Sea of Galilee Boat Ride – Enjoy a relaxing sail across the historic lake surrounded by the landscapes where many of the stories from the New Testament took place.

Nazareth & the Jezreel Valley


Overnight: Sea of Galilee

Nazareth – Church of the Annunciation – Visit the largest church in the Middle East built over the site traditionally believed to be the home of Mary where the angel Gabriel announced the birth of Jesus.
Mount Precipice – Stand on the dramatic cliff overlooking the Jezreel Valley where tradition recalls that Jesus escaped an angry crowd.
Cana (Kafr Kanna) – Visit the village associated with Jesus’ first miracle where he turned water into wine at a wedding celebration.
Mount Tabor – Church of the Transfiguration – Ascend the mountain where the Transfiguration of Jesus is believed to have taken place.

Day 3

Armageddon, Mount Carmel & the Mediterranean Coast


Tour ends: Jerusalem or Tel Aviv


Today the journey travels through the biblical landscapes of the Jezreel Valley, the dramatic Mount Carmel ridge, and the Mediterranean coast, connecting ancient prophecy, Roman history, and modern Israeli culture.

Highlights include:
Megiddo National Park (Armageddon) – Explore one of the most important archaeological sites in Israel overlooking the Jezreel Valley. Known in the Book of Revelation as Armageddon, Megiddo reveals more than 25 layers of ancient civilizations, including impressive water systems and the remains of royal cities mentioned in the Bible.
Mount Carmel – Muhraka Monastery – Visit the traditional site where the prophet Elijah confronted the prophets of Baal, one of the most dramatic stories in the Hebrew Bible. From the terrace of the Carmelite monastery, enjoy breathtaking views across the Jezreel Valley and northern Israel.
Caesarea National Park – Discover the magnificent Roman port city built by King Herod the Great. Walk through the restored Roman theater, ancient harbor, Crusader walls, and palace ruins overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
Tel Aviv–Jaffa – End the tour in Israel’s vibrant coastal metropolis. Explore the ancient port of Old Jaffa, with its narrow stone alleys and art galleries, before continuing along the lively streets and beaches of modern Tel Aviv.

Return to Jerusalem or Tel Aviv in the afternoon.
