Begin your journey in Tel Aviv, Israel’s vibrant Mediterranean city, where ancient history, modern culture, food, architecture, and sea views come together. This first day introduces the contrast between Old Jaffa’s historic port and the energy of modern Tel Aviv.
We will explore the stone alleys and viewpoints of Old Jaffa before continuing into the heart of the city. Walk through Carmel Market, enjoy the charm of Neve Tzedek, continue along Rothschild Boulevard, and visit Independence Hall, where the State of Israel was declared in 1948. The day ends with the atmosphere of the Tel Aviv Beach Promenade.

Travel north along the Mediterranean coastline to explore one of Israel’s most impressive ancient cities and one of its most beautiful modern viewpoints. The day begins in Caesarea, where King Herod built a grand Roman harbor city facing the sea.
We will walk through Caesarea National Park, including the Roman theater, ancient harbor, hippodrome, and Crusader remains. From there, continue to Haifa for panoramic views over the Bahai Gardens, Haifa Bay, and the Mediterranean coastline. Visit Louis Promenade, the Stella Maris Monastery viewpoint on Mount Carmel, and the German Colony, a restored Templar neighborhood at the foot of the gardens.

Continue exploring Israel’s northern Mediterranean coast with a day focused on Crusader history, local markets, and dramatic sea landscapes. The route leads to Old Akko, one of the most fascinating historic port cities in the region and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
We will explore the Knights’ Halls, underground passages, ancient city walls, and the historic harbor of Akko. Walk through Akko Market, filled with spices, seafood, sweets, and traditional foods, before visiting the Templar Tunnel. The day continues to Rosh HaNikra, where a cable car descends to spectacular sea grottoes carved into white limestone cliffs at Israel’s northern border.
