Yes. Our tour packages are carefully planned in advance in order to create a smooth, high-quality experience while also helping travelers enjoy better overall value.

All tours can be fully customized to match your interests, travel style, schedule, hotel locations, and special requests. Since a fully customized itinerary requires additional planning, coordination, reservations, route adjustments, and office work, a 5% customization planning fee may be added to the total tour package price.

This allows us to give every detail the attention it deserves while keeping the experience personal, professional, and perfectly matched to your group.

Who will guide the tour?

Hotel level depends on the package and pricing category selected. Packages may be quoted with Classic, Superior, or Luxury hotel options, allowing you to choose the comfort level that best matches your travel style and budget.

Everything listed as included in the tour package is included in the package price, unless a specific activity is clearly marked as optional.

Optional experiences are not part of the base package price, but they can usually be added to the itinerary and included in the final quote upon request.

Yes. Every group is different, and this is one of the biggest advantages of a private tour.
We know how to adapt the experience both in the planning stage and in real time during the tour.

The same site can be experienced in many different ways - for children, teenagers, parents, grandparents, academic groups, faith-based travelers, first-time visitors, or returning travelers.

The route, pace, explanations, walking level, breaks, and style of guiding can all be adjusted to the group. Our goal is to make the tour meaningful, comfortable, and engaging for everyone traveling together.

Some travelers like to book their Israel tour package a full year in advance, and that is excellent. Early booking helps secure the best guides, better hotel availability, preferred rooms and often better overall value.
That said, we also understand that some trips come together quickly. Sagi Levy Israel Tours can  respond even a few days before arrival and organize a complete private tour package on short notice.
For the best selection and planning experience, early booking is recommended - but last-minute requests are always welcome.
