Explore Old Jaffa, the ancient port city with winding stone alleys, art galleries, and beautiful views over the Mediterranean Sea. Continue to the Jaffa Flea Market, filled with antiques, cafés, street food, and unique local shops. Walk through Carmel Market and taste Middle Eastern flavors in Tel Aviv’s famous food market. End the day along the Tel Aviv Beach Promenade, where families can walk, bike, and enjoy the beach-city atmosphere.

Begin at Caesarea National Park, the magnificent Roman harbor city built by King Herod, including the amphitheater, palace ruins, and aqueduct. Continue to Caesarea Aqueduct Beach for a short walk beside the ancient Roman aqueduct along the shoreline. In Haifa, stop at the Bahai Gardens Viewpoint and walk through the German Colony, a restored 19th-century neighborhood with stone houses, cafés, and views toward the gardens. Later, explore Akko Old City and the underground Knights’ Halls.

Begin at Rosh HaNikra, where a cable car descends the dramatic white cliffs to beautiful sea grottoes carved by Mediterranean waves. Continue inland to Banias Nature Reserve, home to one of Israel’s most powerful waterfalls surrounded by lush greenery. Visit Tel Dan Nature Reserve, where shaded walking trails follow clear streams and lead to the remains of an important biblical city in northern Israel. Depending on family age and interest, Keshet Cave or rappelling at Keshet Cave can be added as optional adventure stops.

Begin with a Golan Heights Jeep Tour, traveling through volcanic terrain, open landscapes, and historic battlefields while learning about the region’s geography and modern history. Continue to Mount Bental, a dormant volcano with spectacular views toward Syria and the Golan Heights. Later, visit Hula Valley Nature Reserve, one of Israel’s most important bird migration areas, where families can explore wetlands by bike or electric cart. Explore Safed Old City, known as the center of Jewish Kabbalah, with narrow lanes, blue-painted doors, historic synagogues, and views over the Galilee mountains. Walk through the Artists Quarter, where galleries and workshops reflect the city’s creative and spiritual atmosphere. Continue to Galita Chocolate Factory for a fun and delicious stop where families can learn about chocolate making, enjoy tastings, and often join hands-on chocolate workshops. Return to Tel Aviv in the afternoon.
