We will visit Caesarea National Park, including the theater, aqueduct, and ancient port, before continuing to Haifa for a panoramic overlook of the Bahai Gardens cascading down Mount Carmel. Travel by jeep through former Syrian army positions and learn about the battles, borders, and communities that shaped this region. Continue to Mount Bental, a dormant volcano with panoramic views across the Golan Heights. Enjoy a wine tasting at Pelter Winery, one of Israel’s respected boutique wineries, before visiting Banias Nature Reserve, the lush site of waterfalls and ancient Caesarea Philippi.

Its narrow lanes, blue-painted doorways, synagogues, and artists’ studios create one of the most memorable experiences in northern Israel.
Walk through Safed Old City and learn about the development of Kabbalah in the 16th century. Visit the Ari Synagogue and Abuhav Synagogue, both connected to centuries of Jewish learning and prayer, before exploring the Artists Quarter. Later, join a Galilee cooking workshop with a local Arab family and prepare authentic regional dishes before driving to Jerusalem.
