Day 1

Jerusalem Soft Landing


Arrive in Jerusalem and begin the journey with a relaxed first day on your own. This day gives the family time to settle in, adjust after travel, and start experiencing the atmosphere of the city at an easy pace.


Visit the Tower of David Museum near Jaffa Gate, where ancient stones, modern technology, and panoramic views introduce more than 3,000 years of Jerusalem history. In the evening, return for the Tower of David Night Spectacular, a sound and light experience projected across the citadel walls, bringing the story of Jerusalem to life in a memorable way.

Day 2

Jerusalem City of Gold


Meet your guide and begin exploring Jerusalem, one of the most meaningful cities in the world. Start with the Mount of Olives for a powerful panoramic introduction to the Old City, Temple Mount, and the surrounding hills connected to Jewish memory and biblical tradition.


Continue to the City of David, where ancient Jerusalem began, and explore archaeological remains, underground water systems, Hezekiah’s Tunnel, the Siloam Pool, the Pilgrims Road, and the Davidson Center. Visit the Western Wall and continue through the Jewish Quarter, including the Cardo, Broad Wall, and Hurva Synagogue area. End the day with a culinary workshop experience.

Day 3

Holocaust to Revival


Begin the day at Yad Vashem, Israel’s national Holocaust memorial, for a meaningful private visit through the Historical Museum, Children’s Memorial, and Hall of Remembrance. This visit offers space for reflection, memory, and understanding the story of destruction, survival, and renewal.


Continue south of Jerusalem to Caliber 3 for an age-appropriate security and resilience experience connected to modern Israeli life, military service, rapid response, and self-defense training. Later, return to Jerusalem for a food-focused experience at Machane Yehuda Market, where the flavors and stories of Jewish communities from around the world come together.

Day 4

Masada and Dead Sea


Depart Jerusalem early for the Judean Desert, a landscape of dramatic cliffs, ancient routes, and powerful historical memory. Begin at Masada, the desert fortress built by King Herod and later remembered for the final stand during the Great Jewish Revolt against Rome.


Ascend by cable car and explore the palaces, storehouses, fortifications, and desert views from the plateau. Continue to Ein Gedi Nature Reserve for a short hike to hidden waterfalls and desert springs. Afterward, stop at the Ahava visitor center before enjoying the Dead Sea, where the family can float in the mineral-rich waters at the lowest point on earth.

Day 5

Tunnels and Camels


Begin with a visit to the Temple Mount area for an introduction to one of the most significant and sensitive religious sites in the world. Learn about the Dome of the Rock, the sacred traditions connected to Mount Moriah, and the importance of this place in Jewish, Muslim, and world history.


Continue underground to the Western Wall Tunnels, where hidden layers of Jerusalem reveal the scale of the ancient Temple Mount retaining walls. Later, travel to Genesis Land, just south of Jerusalem, for a family experience inspired by the world of Abraham, including desert hospitality, camel riding, and lunch in the Tent of Abraham.

Day 6

Jerusalem to Eilat


Spend the morning with a visit to the Israel Museum, one of the country’s most important cultural institutions. Depending on family interests, explore highlights connected to archaeology, Jewish history, art, and the model of ancient Jerusalem.


After lunch in Ein Karem or near the museum, travel to the airport for the flight south to Eilat. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure. This day marks a shift from Jerusalem’s sacred history to the relaxed beach atmosphere of Israel’s Red Sea resort city.

Day 7

Eilat Desert Adventure


Begin early in the morning with a local guide for a jeep trip and desert hike near Eilat, planned for the cooler hours of the day. The early start offers a better chance to enjoy the landscape, desert silence, and possible wildlife before the heat rises.


After the adventure, return to the hotel for rest and pool time. The day may also include an optional Dolphin Reef experience, where the family can observe or swim near dolphins in the Red Sea. The day balances active desert exploration with relaxed Eilat beach time.

Options may include Mosh Beach, the northern beach area for water sports, hotel pool time, shopping, or simply enjoying the Red Sea atmosphere. With no major structured touring, the family can use the day for pleasure, recovery, and light activities before traveling north the following day.

Day 9

Eilat to Galilee


Fly from Eilat back to central Israel and meet your guide for the drive north. Begin with Neot Kedumim, an interactive biblical landscape reserve where the family can experience ancient agricultural practices, water systems, olive presses, wine making, bread preparation, and the plants of the Land of Milk and Honey.


Continue to Kibbutz Harduf for an introduction to a unique anthroposophical kibbutz community. Visit local initiatives, learn about community life, collect eggs if conditions allow, and experience a hands-on connection to Israeli agriculture, education, and social projects.

Golan Adventure Night


Begin the day with a jeep tour in the Golan Heights, passing former Syrian military positions and border viewpoints overlooking the Galilee. The experience introduces the region’s dramatic landscapes, strategic importance, and the modern realities of Israel’s northern frontier.


Continue to Mount Bental for panoramic views toward Syria and the Golan. Enjoy Druze hospitality with a local meal and stories from the community, then visit Tel Dan National Park for nature, archaeology, and flowing water. Depending on timing, cool down with kayaking in the Jordan River or Golan area before ending the day with a stargazing adventure under the dark northern sky.

Tzfat and Galilee


Visit Tzfat, one of Judaism’s four holy cities and the historic center of Jewish mysticism and Kabbalah. Walk through narrow stone alleys, visit historic synagogues, and explore the artists’ quarter, where spirituality and creativity meet in the hills of the Upper Galilee.


Later, enjoy active time around the Sea of Galilee with a speedboat and tubing experience. This day combines the spiritual atmosphere of Tzfat with family fun on the water, offering a balance of heritage, landscape, and adventure in northern Israel.

Galilee to Coast


Travel from the Galilee toward the Mediterranean coast and begin at Rosh Hanikra, where white cliffs meet the sea. Depending on conditions, enjoy kayaking toward the grottos, shaped by the constant action of the aquamarine waves against the limestone cliffs.


Continue south to Akko, one of the great historic port cities of the region. Explore the layers of Crusader, Ottoman, Arab, Jewish, and Christian history through the market streets, ancient port, and atmosphere of the Old City. End the day in Tel Aviv along the Mediterranean coast.

Tel Aviv and Jaffa

Continue to Carmel Market for a tasting tour through Tel Aviv’s largest Middle Eastern market, filled with spices, produce, street food, colors, and local energy. Afterward, visit Nachalat Binyamin Arts and Crafts Market on your own, with time to enjoy local artists, design, and Tel Aviv’s creative atmosphere.
